यो अलैंची भिरपाखा पहाडी चिस्यान जमिनमा हुन्छ । यो ताजा रक्तअलैंची पित्तनाशक, अग्निनाशक, वमननिवारक गुणधर्मले युक्त औषधि हो । यसको बीज सुगन्धित सुस्वादु, प्यास- डाह मन्दअग्निमा चुस्नाले फाइदा पुऱ्याउँछ। कलेजो र हृदयलाई बल प्रदान गर्छ । सारा पित्तसम्बन्धी विकारलाई दूरदूर भगाउँछ । मृगौला पत्थरीमा र मूत्रकृच्छ्र (थोपोथोपा मुत्ने) रोगमा अति राम्रो प्रभाव देखाउँछ । पाचनप्रणाली र रक्तक्रियालाई व्यवस्थित गर्दछ । मुखभित्र सुन्निएको राम्रो गर्छ । जलन, गर्मी, तापमा ठन्डापानीसँग खानुहोस्, मस्तिष्क चिस्याएर आराम दिन्छ । मेरोमेरो भनेर जमिन ओगट्ने ठूलाबडाहरूले श्रमसहित अलैँची खेती गरेर विश्वका धनी मै हुँ भन्नेहरूलाई बेच्नुपर्छ । १५ जना बेरोजगारी मिलेर राज्यसँग जमिन करारमा लिई खेती गर्नुहोस् । छोराछोरीलाई मुग्लानी जागिरको डलर यहीँ प्राप्त हुन्छ । यसलाई नरम सुगन्धित मसला बनाएर कुटिर उद्योग गरौं। चूर्ण बनाउँदा फलको बोक्रा पनि धूलो गर्नुहोस्, फाइदा हुन्छ । शीतवीर्य भएकाले यो मसलाले सबैको कल्याण गर्छ । आफूलाई किसान भनेर केही नगरी मख्ख परेर बस्नुभन्दा कर्मयोगले डाँडाकाँडा रसिलो र शरीर कसिलो झन् पुष्ट पार्नुहोस् । त्यो अलैँची चुस्दा रसाएको मनजस्तो बन्नुहोस् र राष्ट्रलाई योगदान दिनुहोस् । अलैँचीको भरभराउँदो रातो आधा एक किलोको घोगाले आश्चर्यचकित पारिदिन्छ । यसलाई सुकाएर उत्तमकोटिको नरम मसला बनाएर व्यापक पारौं । बास्नादार चिया बनाएर मुख मिठो गरी चुस्न र पिउनका लागि धनी होऔं । मात्रा : १-२ ग्राम चूर्ण वा टुक्रा, अर्क : १०-२० ग्राम, अत्तर : ३-५ थोपा, काँढापानी १/१ माना, अत्तर ३-५ थोपा, सर्वाङ्ग भस्म १-२ ग्राम, टुक्रा चुस्ने/चपाउने ३-५ पटक ।
