यो उच्चपहाडी र हिमाली क्षेत्रमा १-२ मिटर अग्लो, पहेँलो फुल्ने, दुधिया रस निस्कने, जरा १०-१५ अगुल लामो सेतो र केही पहेँलोपन भएको, वसन्त ऋतुमा स्वाद मीठो र गर्मीमा दूध सुकेर गाढा हुँदा तितो हुन्छ । यसको जरा मूत्र निस्सारक, पौष्टिक, मृदुविरेचक मानिन्छ । यो कलेजो, फियो, मृगौलाका समस्त रोगमा लाभदायक हुन्छ । यसमा यक्सट्रेक्टम टेरेक्साइ लिक्विरम नामक रासायनिक तत्त्व पाइन्छ । मात्रा : ३- ५ ग्राम लेदो/चूर्ण, काँढापानी १/१ माना, अर्क १५-२५ ग्राम ३-५ पटक ।
