यो समशीतोष्ण हावापानीमा सानो बिरुवा तीन प्रकारको अनार पाइन्छ । मिठो अनार त्रिदोषनाशक, हृदयरोग, तिर्खा, डाह, ज्वर, कण्ठ र मुखरोग दूरदूर गर्दछ । अनार वीर्यवर्द्धक, तृप्तिकारक, हल्का स्निग्ध, मेधाजनक र बलवर्द्धक हो । अमिलो अनारले पित्त/वात नाश गर्दछ । अमिलो र मिठोमिश्रित अनार रुचिकारक र दीपन हो । आमाशयलाई बल दिने र हिच्की नष्ट गर्ने गर्छ । सब तरहको अनार मुर्च्छामा लाभ गर्दछ । मुटुलाई बल प्रदान गर्ने र कफग्रस्त खोकीलाई नष्ट पार्ने हुन्छ । अनार जराको बोक्रा क्वाथले पेटको चेप्टो कीरा (Tape Worm) लाई क्वाथले नष्ट गर्छ । १/१ तोला चूर्ण २-३ लिटर पानीमा २४ घण्टा भिजाएर पकाउने आधा लिटर जब रस रहन्छ, कपडाछान गरी प्रत्येक ३/३ घण्टामा खाली पेट, खाएको १ घण्टापछि र बेलुकी तीनपटकमा पिएर सक्नुपर्छ । राति सुत्नेबेलामा फलको बोक्रा चूर्ण ५-७ ग्राम १ चम्चा मनमन तातोपानीसँग खाने र प्रात; एरण्ड (अढिर) १५ ग्राम तेलको जुलाब गौमूत्रमा ५:३० बजे लियो भने ५-७ दिनमा कुनै पनि कृमि नष्ट हुन्छ । यो सफल चिकित्सा हो । बच्चालाई सुक्खा रोग पेट सुकेर जानेमा एकदम फाइदा गर्ने जराको क्वाथलाई प्रयोग गरौं । अनार फलको बोक्रा (त्वक्) चुस्ने गर्नाले गलग्रन्थि बढेको, स्त्री प्रदर, खोकी, कमलपित्त, खुनी ववासिर, र रक्तशोधक हुन्छ, शुद्ध रसले सक्रिय रगत बनाइदिन्छ । सबैजनाको खेतबारी वरिपरि अनारलाई फलाई राख्नुहोस्, तब रोग लाग्दा/नलाग्दा पुष्टकारीको काम गर्ने अमूल्य चीजलाई प्राप्त गर्नुस्
