यो हिमाली हावापानीमा प्रायः सबै ठाउँमा खोज्दा कठीनसँग पाइन्छ । एकवीर उम्रने प्राकृतिक तरिका र बीज उडेर रहने बासस्थान प्रायः नयाँ पहिरोमा देखापर्छ । एक्लै खडा देखिने विनाहाँगाबिँगा रातो डाँठ र फूल सेतो, रातो छिरबिरे एक्लो मिल्दछ । एक्लेवीरले वात-व्याधि समस्त रोग-पक्षघात/सर्वाङ्गवातमा चमत्कारपूर्ण काम गर्छ। यो दिव्यऔषधि गृध्रर्सीवात, कटिवात, एकाङ्गवाथ इत्यादिमा समस्त वातनाशक हो । वर्षमा १-२ दिन हिउँ झर्ने स्थानमा प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेहुनाले मङ्सिर पौषमा सङ्कलन गरी राख्नुपर्छ । एक्लेवीर सर्वाङ्गलाई त्रिफला र गौमूत्रमा दुई घण्टा बफाएर शुद्ध गरी सुकाउनुपर्छ । धूलो पारी घ्यूमा समानभाग चनाको पिठो मिसाएर रातो रातो हुने गरी मन्द आँचमा भुट्नुपर्छ । अब भुइँमा राखी गोलो वटी बनाउने भए सक्खर चौथाइ भाग मिसाई मुछ्नुहोस् र चनाको दानाजस्तो वटी बनाउनुहोस् । दिनमा २-३ पटक २-३ वटी खानुहोस्। चूर्ण खानुहुन्छ भने १/१ चम्चा २-३ पटक दूध या पानीसँग प्रयोग गर्दै रहनुहोस् । रोगले नछोडेसम्म औषधिलाई निरन्तरता दिनुहोस् र रोगबाट मुक्त हुनुहोस् । १-२ दिनभन्दा नखाने, फूलबुट्टा भरेको औषधि खोज्ने, अनि रोएर चिच्याउने, चिन्ने बेलामा केही नगर्ने ।के नगर्नुस् । मन लगाएर खोजी बनाएको औषधिले लडेको चोटपटकमा मज्जातन्तुहरूलाई शक्ति मिल्दछ । दृष्टि-कु-कर्म प्रेतादि दोष छुदैमा, खाँदैमा हराउँछ । तान्त्रिक-मान्त्रिकका वशीकरण, उच्चाटन, मारण इत्यादि असफल बनाउन सकिन्छ । पृथ्वीमा चमत्कारीपूर्ण ओखती गर्ने एकवीर नै हो । यसलाई तेलमा पकाएर डढाई छानेर मालिस गर्दा समस्त दुखाइ र दर्दनाश हुन्छ । यो उपविषलाई आँखामा पार्नुहुँदैन । अमृत बनाएर औषधिमा व्यापक प्रयोग गर्नुपर्छ । अर्कले छालाका रोगमा उत्तम काम गर्छ ।
