यो सेतो आँक लगभग ८-१० फिट अग्लो १००० मिटर उचाइसम्ममा पाइन्छ । पुरानो आँकको जरा गणेशको मूर्तिजस्तो हुन्छ । गणेशजीको मूर्ति भएको दुष्प्राप्य भन्दछन् । किमियागारले सेतो फूल भएको आँकलाई सस्तो धातुबाट चाँदी बनाउन खुब खोजी गर्दछन् । यसको दूध विरेचक हो । गुल्म-गानोगोला र उदररोगनाशक हो। यसको जरा पसिना ल्याउने, श्वास रोगनाशक, गरम वमनकारक हुन्छ । यसको फूल

आयर्वेदिक पित्तस्राव गर्ने हुन्छ । त्वचा र रसग्रन्थिमा उत्तेजना बढाउने, धातु परिवर्तक, बलदायक रसायन मानिन्छ । कृमि र कुष्ठनाशक, रक्तपित्त र सुन्निएको शोथमा प्रयोग गरिन्छ । यसको जराको बोक्रा दीपनपाचन र रसायन धर्म पाराको समान भएकाले यकृत (कलेजो) सुधार गर्दै पित्तस्राव गराइदिन्छ । सरस्यूँ या तोरीको तेल ३२ तोला, गाईको घ्यू १६ तोला र आँकपत्रको रस डेढ लिटर राखी पकाउने जब पूरै रस लेदो बन्छ, तब छानेर सुन्निएको दुखेको स्थानमा मालिस गर्नुहोस् । यो तेलमा आँकपत्ताचूर्ण ८ तोला गन्धक र पारा आधा घण्टा घोटेर बनाएको कज्जली २ तोला हरताल, मैनशील, स्वर्णगेरू माटो र हल्दी-बेसार चूर्ण १/१ तोला पिसेर मलहम बनाएर कहिल्यै सन्चो नभएको पुरानोपुरानो घाउचोटमा लगाउनुहोस् शल्यक्रिया गर्नुपर्दैन। यसले घाउ तत्काल भरिन्छ । मासु पलाएर नयाँ आइदिन्छ । अङ्गवात, सन्धिवात र पक्षघातमा हरिया ताजा पत्ता आँक तताउँदै, सेक्दै-सेक्दै प्रत्येक पाँच घण्टामा २० मिनेटका दरले ३ पटक नित्य गर्नुहोस् । सन्चो नहुन्जेल गरिरहनुहोस्, लाभ गर्छ, पूरै ठीक पार्छ । धातुहरूलाई भस्म पार्दा आक दूध अथवा पत्ता रसमा राम्रो गुणकारी औषधि बन्छ । अभ्रकभस्म आँक दूधमा गुइँठाद्वारा गजपुट अग्निमा फुक्नुहोस् । सयपटक सतपुटीमा आँक दुग्ध राखी प्रत्येकपटक नयाँनयाँ लिनुहोस् र बनाउनुहोस् । अमृतभस्म सब प्रकारका शारीरिक क्षीणता, धातुक्षय तथा कफ-श्वास इत्यादि रोगमा एकरत्ती महसँग बिहान र बेलुका खानुहोस् । रगत बढाउने, फोक्सोलाई पौष्टिक दिने, दिव्य ऊर्जा प्राप्त हुने अभ्रक भस्म २/२ ग्राम दैनिक खाएर स्वस्थ हुनुस् ।
