 यो २-३ फिट अग्लो, साउनमा हरियो फुल्ने, फल च्याप्टोभित्र मेथीसमान, गोलो-लामो पात, खैरा रङका धेरै जरा हुन्छ। यसको सबै भाग अमिलो भएकाले चटनी अचार खाने प्रचलन छ । पात चुसेर मुख मिठ्याउने र यलरस निकाल्नेहरूले अमृत औषधि मान्दछन् । गुण-धर्म : अमिलो स्वाद र स्वभाव : शीतल । औषधीय उपयोग : यसले समस्त रक्तविकार, अजीर्ण, अरुचि, अग्निमन्द, निम्नरक्तचाप, मुटुको कडापन र तेजगतिमा हैजा, गाँठा-गिर्खा निक्लने, आँखाको कमजोरी इत्यादिमा अचुक उपचार गरी सन्चो बनाउँछ । मात्रा ः काच्चो पात ५-१० ग्राम, हावामा सुकाएको चूर्ण : ३-५ ग्राम, चट्नी अचार २ पटक ।
