यो मोटो लाम्चो पात, ठूलो- लामो झ्याङ १८०० मिटरसम्म सर्वत्र पाइन्छ यसको कलिलो काच्चो मुनाले रगत सफा गर्छ, भोक जगाउँछ, सबै हेपाटाइटिस - कमलपित्त सन्चो गर्छ मासिक गडबढी, प्रदर, गर्भाशयको ज्वर, यौनरोग, रक्तविकार आदिमा लाभ पुऱ्याउँछ यसले पित्तवातज्वर, गाँठा-गिर्खा निक्लने, मधुमेह, आन्द्राको घाउ, मृगौला, फियोको रोगमा फाइदा गर्छ मात्रा : -१० ग्राम - पटक
