Smilax zeylanica हो र यो Smilacaceae परिवारमा
पर्छ। यसको सानो पात,
सेतो-पहेँलो फूल र सानो
गेडा हुने गर्छ। यो
लहरा ३–५ फिटसम्म
लामो हुन्छ र बैशाख-जेठमा
कलिलो मुना निस्कने, फूल्ने
र फल्ने गर्दछ। नेपाली परम्परागत चिकित्सामा यसको विभिन्न भाग

woody climber with angular stems, sometimes with small prickles.
- Leaves:
Ovate-oblong, smooth, 8–20 cm long, 3–7 main veins from the base.

Round berries, 8 mm across, turn red when ripe, with 1–2 seeds.
