- आधा-एक चम्चा चूर्ण खाना खाएपछि
दिनमा २ पटक लिन सकिन्छ।
- काँढा (क्वाथ):
- यसको पात उमालेर १:१ अनुपातमा पानी
बनाएर पिउनाले मुख रोग, पेट दुखाइ, र ज्वरोमा फाइदा हुन्छ।
- मुखमा चुस्ने:
- यसको पातको टुक्रा मुखमा चुस्दा
मुखको बदबी, घाउ, र दाँत दुखाइमा आराम मिल्छ।
संकलन र संरक्षण
- संकलन: कुकुरौंदा वर्षायाममै धेरै
फैलिन्छ, त्यसैले यसको पात र डाँठ यसै समयमा संकलन गर्नु उपयुक्त हुन्छ।
- सुकाउने: पातहरूलाई छायामा सुकाएर चूर्ण
बनाउन सकिन्छ।
- भण्डारण: सुकेको चूर्ण वा पातहरू एयरटाइट
