यो अपामार्ग प्रकारको हुन्छ। यो अत्यन्त प्रभावशाली दिव्य औषधिमा गणना गरिएको रहेछ । अथर्ववेदको ७० सूक्तको चौथो काण्डमा अपामार्गको स्तुति “हे अपामार्ग ! हाम्रो भोक तिर्खा लाग्ने रोग इन्द्रिय शक्तिहरूको कमजोरी र सन्तान नहुने समस्याहरूलाई दूरदूर गर्नुहोस् साथै तिर्खा भोक नष्ट गरेर कामशक्ति तेज बनाई दिव्य दृष्टि, शक्तिहीनतालाई दूरदूर भगाउनुहोस् ।” अपामार्ग जराले दाँतलाई मजबुत बनाउँछ । नित्य दतिवनले दाँत माझ्दा हल्लिएको दाँतलाई वज्र बनाउँछ भनेर ऋषिमुनि गुरुकुलले सिकाएको विद्या आजका महिलाले ३६५ दिनको सट्टा तीज ऋषिपञ्चमीका दिन १५ मिनेटमा मुखदर्शन देखाएर सक्छन्। केवल पूजा गर्ने भनेका थिएनन्। अपामार्ग बीज दूधमा खीर बनाई खाँदा मष्तक पिडाको रोग हराउँदछ । अपामार्गको चामल निकालेर खीर खायो भने ५-७ दिन भोक लाग्दैन । यसको चामल विश्वमा नै महङ्गो र हितकारी मानिन्छ किन्तु अपामार्ग काँढाभित्र कसरी निकाल्ने ? सुकाएमा चामल भर्ने सबैजना सङ्कलनमा जुट्नुपर्छ । अपामार्गको क्षारले मृगौला पत्थरी, पित्ताशय पत्थरी, जीर्ण आमवात, सन्धिशोथमा सर्वोत्तम कार्य गर्दछ । कानको बहिरापनमा जराको रस र अपामार्गको क्षार तेल पकाएर कानमा राख्दा पीप बगेको समेत सन्चो गर्छ। अपामार्ग क्षार बनाउने तरिका : अपामार्ग पञ्चाङ्गलाई जलाएर सेतो खरानी बनाउने । त्यो खरानीलाई (राखलाई) १५ घण्टा आठगुणा पानीमा राखेर घण्टामा १५ पटक चलाउने र छोड्ने, १० घण्टा अचल राख्ने र माथिको पानी पीँधमा नचलाई छानेर अर्को भाँडामा राख्ने र उमाल्ने, पानी सुक्दै जाँदा जब सेतो रहन्छ, त्यसलाई अपामार्ग क्षार भनिन्छ । अपमार्ग क्षार तेल : अपामार्ग क्षार २० ग्रा. ३ मुठ्ठी स्वास्थ्यकर चर्ने गाईको मूत्र र ३ मुठ्ठी तिलको तेलमा फलामे कराहीमा पकाएर जब तेलमात्र शेष रहन्छ । यो तेल कानसम्बन्धी अचुक औषधि हो । पाकेको बहिरोपन, दुख्ने कानमा २/२ थोपा दिनको ३ पटक राख्नुपर्छ । अपामार्ग पञ्चाङ्ग चूर्ण बनाई ३-५ पटक १/१ चम्चा खाँदा धेरै रोगहरू हराउँछ र निरोगी भइन्छ । यसको बीज बुद्धि बढाउनका प्रयोग हुन्छ ।
