यो कुरकुरे सानो ठूलो दुई प्रकारका विनापातका सुइरो चिस्यानमा पाइन्छन् यसले खिल पल्टने, शरीरमा कडापन आउनेमा काँडा बिकेको पुरानो गाँठो, क्यान्सरको गिर्खा, बिग्रेको डन्डीफोर पिसाब पोल्ने

    थोपाथोपा मुत्नेमा - पटक खाँदा विशेष लाभ पुयाउछ ताजा थिचेर या पिसेर १०-१५ ग्राम दिनमा - पटक पानीसँग कुरकुरे खानुपर्दछ पत्थरी, अम्लपित्त, पित्तज्वर, पेट पोल्ने, दुख्ने सुजाक रोगमा यसले धेरै लाभ पुऱ्याउँछ। सुइरो चुस्नाले कति छिटो लाभ गर्दो रहेछ ?
