PANGRA (ENTADA PHASEOLOIDES) 

Nepali Name: पाङ्ग्रा, Pangra 

Scientific Name: Entada phaseoloides 

Hindi Name: कक्कुमकाय, KakkumKaya, Entada rheedii

Traditional Uses:

1. Joint Pain Relief: Pangra seeds are traditionally used to alleviate pain in the joints.

2. Debility Treatment: The seeds are employed for addressing conditions of debility, suggesting a role in enhancing overall strength and vitality.

3. Glandular Swellings: Pangra is believed to be effective in reducing glandular swellings.

Process of Use:

1. Joint Pain Application:

Grind Pangra seeds into a fine powder.

Mix the powder with a suitable carrier oil to form a paste.
